It displays funnel results from Zoho PageSense in Zoho Commerce. **Prerequisite:** Integrate your store with Zoho PageSense before you open Store Funnel. In PageSense, create a funnel analysis under **Website Tracking** > **Funnel Analysis**, add the required funnel steps, and make sure the analysis is running. You can view funnel results in Zoho Commerce only after the integration is complete and PageSense has collected data. For more information, refer to the [Funnel Analysis in Zoho PageSense](https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/pagesense/track/funnel-analysis) help document. To view Store Funnel reports: * Click **Reports** in the left sidebar. * Click **Store Funnel** in the left panel. The Store Funnel page contains the following tabs: * **Funnel Metrics**: Shows visitor and conversion metrics for the selected period. * **Ad Spend**: Shows advertising information for the selected period after the required advertising integration is installed. ### View Funnel Metrics The **Funnel Metrics** tab displays a summary of your store’s funnel performance. Use these metrics to identify how many visitors reached your store, how many converted, and how long they took to complete the funnel. Metric Description **Visitors** The number of visitors included in the selected date range and audience segment. **Conversions** The number of visitors who completed the configured conversion goal. **Conversion Rate** The percentage of visitors who completed the conversion goal. **Avg. Click the date range selector and choose a period, such as **Last 30 Days** or **Entire Duration**. 4. Review the visitor, conversion, conversion rate, and average completion time metrics. The date range selector displays the selected period below its name. Select a custom period when you need to compare results for a specific set of dates. ### Filter by Audience Segment Use **Segment Audience** to view funnel results for a specific audience instead of all visitors. To filter the results: 1. Open the **Funnel Metrics** or **Ad Spend** tab. 2. Click **Segment Audience**. 3. Select the audience segment that you want to analyze such as **New** or **Returning**. 4. Click **Apply**. 5. Review the updated metrics or advertising results. The selected audience segment applies to the data displayed on the current Store Funnel view. In the Google Ads view, PageSense tracks conversions from Google Ads campaigns against PageSense goals so that you can measure advertising performance. The Ad Spend view can include: * Conversion results from Google Ads campaigns. * Performance of individual ad groups. * Results for the selected date range and audience segment. * Advertising data that can be exported for further analysis. To view ad spend results: 1. Open **Reports** > **Store Funnel**. 2. Click **Ad Spend**. 3. Select the date range that you want to analyze. 4. Click **Segment Audience** and select an audience, if required. 5. Review the campaign and ad group conversion results.
