# Manage Stocks

In Zoho Commerce, you can adjust all your items’ quantity under Manage Stocks. The value entered in the opening stock field while creating a item will be reflected here. The quantity of the item will change automatically based on the number of orders received for the particular item. It is important to keep the quantity of your items updated to avoid overselling or underselling. You can increase, decrease, or set the quantity of your items as per your stock availability.

## Increase Quantity

You can increase the quantity of your items once you restock them. To do so:

*   Go to **Manage Stocks** under _Items_.
*   Select **Increase By** in the _Action_ field next to the item whose stock you want to increase.
*   Enter the quantity to be increased in the _Quantity_ field and click **Save**.

## Decrease Quantity

Here’s how you can decrease the quantity of your items:

*   Go to **Manage Stocks** under _Items_.
*   Select **Decrease By** in the _Action_ field next to the item whose stock you want to decrease.
*   Enter the quantity to be decreased in the _Quantity_ field and click **Save.**

## Set Quantity

You can also directly set the available quantity of a item. To do so:

*   Go to **Manage Stocks** under _Items_.
*   Select **Set As** in the _Action_ field next to the item whose stock you want to update.
*   Enter the quantity to be updated in the _Quantity_ field and click **Save**.

## Sort By

Sorting items allows you to view all the items in a particular order. You can sort items based on the default sorting options that are available. They are:

*   Last Modified Time
*   Item Name
*   Available Quantity

**To sort items:**

*   Go to **Manage Stocks** under _Items_.
*   Click **More Options** on the top right corner.
*   Choose how you want to sort your items.
