# Automation

Automation reports provide insights into the scheduled workflows and actions within your online store. These reports help you monitor the execution of automated processes, track their status, and ensure that your automation rules are functioning as intended. This section consists of two reports:

### Scheduled Date Based Workflow Rules

This report displays all workflow rules that are triggered based on specific dates. It helps you monitor date-based automation workflows, track their execution status, and manage scheduled automation within your store.

Here’s how you can view this report:

*   Click **Reports** on the left sidebar.
*   Select **Scheduled Date Based Workflow Rules** under _Automation_.

Fields

Description

Execution Date

Date on which the workflow rule was scheduled or executed.

Time

Time at which the workflow rule was scheduled or executed.

Workflow

Name of the workflow rule configured in the system.

Record Name

Record or entity associated with the workflow execution.

Use this report to ensure date-based workflows are executing as expected and monitor upcoming scheduled actions.

### Scheduled Time Based Workflow Actions

This report tracks all workflow actions that are scheduled to execute at specific times. It helps you monitor time-based automation, review scheduled action details, and ensure timely execution of automated tasks.

Here’s how you can view this report:

*   Click **Reports** on the left sidebar.
*   Select **Scheduled Time Based Workflow Actions** under _Automation_.

Fields

Description

Execution Date

Date on which the scheduled action was executed.

Time

Time at which the scheduled action was executed.

Action Type

Type of action performed by the workflow.

Action Name

Name of the scheduled action.

Workflow

Name of the workflow containing the scheduled action.

Record Name

Record or entity associated with the workflow action.

Use this report to track the status of all time-based workflow actions and troubleshoot any failed scheduled tasks.
