Vivo Notification Troubleshooting 

Step 1: Enable notifications for Cliq in your phone settings

  • Go to Settings -> More Settings.  
  • Tap on App Manager -> Cliq.
  • In Notification enable Allow Notification, Top preview, and Show on lock screen. 

Step 2: Allow background power consumption

  • Open Settings -> Battery. 
  • Then tap on High Background Power Consumption.
  • In it enable Cliq app to receive notifications.
