Who are department leads and how to edit their role?

Department leads are the heads of a department, and the users will the department members. 

To edit the role of department lead, follow the below steps: 

  1. Click on your Profile Picture and select Admin Panel.
  2. Under General menu in left sidebar, click and open Departments.
  3. Hover on the department that you want to change the lead, click on Actions icon (3 dots) and select Edit. 
  4. In the Lead Name dropdown select the new user whom you want to appoint as lead and hit Save. 
  5. The new lead will be updated for the department.
