Who are department leads and how to edit their role?
Department leads are the heads of a department, and the users will the department members.
To edit the role of department lead, follow the below steps:
- Click on your Profile Picture and select Admin Panel.
- Under General menu in left sidebar, click and open Departments.
- Hover on the department that you want to change the lead, click on Actions icon (3 dots) and select Edit.
- In the Lead Name dropdown select the new user whom you want to appoint as lead and hit Save.
- The new lead will be updated for the department.
