The challenge: Managing communication across a dispersed workforce

Instead of copying, pasting, or manually typing numbers, employees type in their command key at the start and end of the day, enter their goals and achievements, and send. Management receives the information, and because the command key (slash command) submissions are pre-formatted to make entries stand out in the chat, district managers and upper management can quickly spot and review entries without extra effort. District managers can also request their own customized command keys for their individual teams' reporting requirements.
By using slash commands in Cliq, the HR team has also seen a significant improvement in managing employee information and avoiding any miscommunication, which increases the consistency and clarity of their communication.

Going beyond simple communication by setting up custom integrations and workflows, Spacetel has cut employee entry time by 50% using market-specific slash commands in Cliq. This has proved to be beneficial for managers in speeding up the evaluation process of their employees.
