How it Works
Teachers will take attendance in each class
Once students and teachers are added inside Zoho Classes, teachers can take attendance daily using their mobile app.
Admins can monitor overall attendance
School principal/correspondents can see the total number of present and absent students in their school for the day.
Incase of an emergency, head count is taken again
During an emergency evacuation, students are all requested to meet at the assembly point.
Immediately after that headcount is taken by designated teachers through a roll call from the "Evacuation Attendance" feature inside Zoho Classes.
Quickly mark attendance to save time
A simple way to mark evacuation attendance is to mark all the students present by selecting "Select all" and then selecting "x" for the ones who are not available at the assembly point.
Finding the number of missing student in app
The evacuation attendance is compared to the last attendance taken in the class/class period. The total number of missing students details are displayed in the app for the admins to take quick action.
