We have observed that Email Campaigns and SMS Campaigns related to certain businesses and types of content - regardless of their legality in certain jurisdictions - consistently generate spam complaints at rates higher than our acceptable threshold, which can adversely impact the deliverability of Zoho Campaigns. In order to maintain the reliability of Zoho Campaigns, you are restricted from using Zoho Campaigns to promote, market, sell, conduct, or send content related to the following.

Illegal drugs, substances designed to mimic illegal drugs, and equipment designed for making or using drugs
Illegal and counterfeit products, including pirated software or media
Dangerous weapons, explosives and other accessories
Public unrest and protest
Endangered or protected species of wildlife or plant species, or their parts
Historic artifacts
Alcohol, cannabis and derived products, and tobacco-related products
Pharmaceutical and pseudo-pharmaceutical products
Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), affiliate marketing, lead generation services, search engine optimization (SEO), click fraud and other get-rich-quick schemes
Surveys, contests, charity requests or chain letters that are intended to collect personal information
Cryptocurrency and related technology, including but not limited to virtual currency, initial coin offering, and blockchain
Online trading, day trading, and stock markets
Online gaming, betting, and gambling
Mortgages and loans including loan offers, loan forgiveness, debt collection and relief, and credit repair
Escort and dating services or sites with sexually explicit content, including images depicting nudity
Sexual-wellness products
Weight loss products
Nutritional, herbal, and vitamin supplements
Astrology
Investment advisory or crypto schemes without SEBI or RBI authorization
Health, insurance, or loan offers without licensed approval
