Import Subscribers from GoToWebinar

You can set up sync between GoToWebinar and Zoho Campaigns to import the details of your webinar registrants and attendees in a mailing list.

Set Up Sync

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Subscribers and select All Subscribers.
  2. Select Sync subtab, navigate to the GoToWebinar sync setup and click Add New Sync
  3. Enter sync details
    • Sync Name- This is for internal reference.
    • Webinar Type- You can choose Historical Webinars or Upcoming Webinars
    •  Select the Webinar you want to sync from.  
      • If you've chosen Historical Webinars, you can either choose Registrants or Attendees. 
      • If you've chosen Upcoming Webinars, you can only select Registrants. 
    •  Sync To- Select the mailing list you want to sync details to.
  4. Click Next and land on the detailed view of the sync.
