You can set up sync between GoToWebinar and Zoho Campaigns to import the details of your webinar registrants and attendees in a mailing list.
Set Up Sync
- From the Navigation toolbar, choose Subscribers and select All Subscribers.
- Select Sync subtab, navigate to the GoToWebinar sync setup and click Add New Sync.
- Enter sync details
- Sync Name- This is for internal reference.
- Webinar Type- You can choose Historical Webinars or Upcoming Webinars
- Select the Webinar you want to sync from.
- If you've chosen Historical Webinars, you can either choose Registrants or Attendees.
- If you've chosen Upcoming Webinars, you can only select Registrants.
- Sync To- Select the mailing list you want to sync details to.
- Click Next and land on the detailed view of the sync.
