Campaign Policy

The Campaign Policy setting is used to ensure that marketers send the right amount of content, thereby preventing email recipients from drowning in spam. The policy allows a marketer with administrator access to set limits on sending email campaigns per subscriber (Email Limits) and set approvals for email content (Content Approval).

Email Limits

Email Limits lets administrators of the organization manage the number of emails sent per subscriber on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

To administrators:

Set up Email Limits | Exemption/Denial of Campaigns | View Reports

To users:

Request Exemption from Email Policy | Know Status of your Exemption Request | View Reports

Content Approval

Content Approval lets administrators of the organization review the email content before being the emails are sent out.

To administrators:

Set up Content Approval | Approval/Denial of Campaign Content

To users:

Request Content Approval | Know Status of the Approval Process
