To share a campaign report,

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns.
  2. Select the campaign you want to share reports for.
  3. Click More in the top-right corner of the screen. From the dropdown list, select Share Reports.
  4. Filli in the following details,
    • Header Details
    • Name/Subject
    • Access Code
  5. Click Generate Report Link to generate the report URL.
  6. You can now share the report link and its access code with other users.

  • Report links expire 15 days from generation.
  • Campaign reports can be shared with anyone. A Zoho Campaigns account is not necessary for access.

Share reports on social media

Send followup campaigns based on reports

If you want to send follow-up campaigns based on a particular campaign report, there is a button just for that. Click the Send Followup button in the top-right corner of the Reports page and you'll be presented with three ways to send follow-ups:

  1. Chain campaigns
  2. Child campaigns
  3. Send to other lists

Select the one that fits your needs best.

Compare campaigns

In order to measure your campaign performance, you can compare your sent campaign reports.

By comparing campaign reports, you can learn whether your campaigns' reach has increased or decreased over time, and which of your campaigns have been successful. From this data, you can parse your subscribers' tastes and preferences, and fine-tune your marketing strategies accordingly.

To compare campaign reports,

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns.
  2. Mouse over the campaigns that you would like to compare, and check their boxees. Upto three campaigns can be selected at a time.

Click the Compare Campaigns button in the top-right corner. A consolidated report of all the selected campaigns will appear.
