Managing your Subscriptions

For some small businesses, the free version of Zoho Campaigns works just fine to create and send emails, view reports, and more. However, when your business starts to expand, upgrading your account to a paid plan provides a slew of benefits and advanced features, such as automated emails series, lead discovery, and many more.

In this guide, we'll walk you through our subscription structure and help you review your subscription preferences.

Monthly subscription - This plan is based on the number of subscribers in your account. In this case, you'll purchase the plan for a specific number of subscribers and enjoy sending unlimited emails, set autoresponders and workflows.

Based on the business requirements, you can select one of the below plan
1) Monthly Subscription
2) Yearly Subscription

Pay as you use - This plan is based on email credits. You'll purchase some email credits, then send emails until the credits run out. You can add as many contacts as you like.

How do I upgrade to an edition?

There are two ways to upgrade:

  1. Log in to Zoho Campaigns.
  2. Click Settings, then select Subscription. You will be redirected to Zoho's payments page. From here, you can easily view all the products you have purchased from Zoho, and manage them on a single platform.
  3. Select a model you prefer—either Subscription plan or Pay as you use.
  4. Choose your plan from the list, then click Upgrade.
  5. Check the plan's price, then review your order and make the payment. A summary of your plan and payment will be displayed.

Alternatively:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Campaigns account.
  2. Click Upgrade in the top-right corner or click the button. Choose your plan at the bottom left corner. You will be redirected to Zoho's payments page.
  3. Follow the instructions above to upgrade your plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. ClickSettingsand selectSubscription. You will be redirected to Zoho's payments page.
  2. Here, you can view your current plan.
  3. Click the link Change plan to the right of your current plan.
  4. Find and click the Cancel my subscription link at the bottom of the page.
  5. Your plan will automatically be changed to a Pay as you use plan with zero email credits.

How do I switch from 'Pay as you use' to a subscription plan?

  1. Click Settings and select Subscription. You will be redirected to Zoho's payments page.
  2. Here, you can view the available credits in your current plan.
  3. Find below the option to switch to Subscription.
  4. Click Upgrade Now.
  5. Choose the plan you want.

 

How do I switch to a different subscription plan?

  1. Click Settings and select Subscription. You will be redirected to Zoho's payments page.
  2. From here, you can view your current plan.
  3. Click Change Plan to the right of your current plan.

  4. Choose the plan that you need from the list.

How do I switch from monthly subscription plan to yearly subscription plan?

  1. Click Settings and select Subscription. You will be redirected to Zoho's payments page.
  2. Here, you can view your current plan.
  3. Choose Yearly option from the Payment Frequency toggle switch.
  4. A prorated amount will be displayed based on your current plan.
  5. Complete the required steps in the payment process to enjoy yearly subscription.

How do I purchase more email credits for a 'Pay as you use' plan?

  1. Click Settings and select Subscription. You will be redirected to Zoho's payments page.
  2. From here, you can view your available credits.
  3. Click Buy Credits to the right of your available credits.
  4. Choose the email credit plan that you need, from the list.

How do I update my credit card details?

Purchasing or subscribing to a plan is a one-step process with our payments team if your credit card details are saved. Follow these steps to edit your credit card details on the Payments store.

  1. Go to https://payments.zoho.com
  2. Click Your Store Details in the top-right corner of the homepage.
  3. Select Billing Details from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click the Change icon and edit your card details.

You can also edit or add credit card details at the time of purchase.
