Cloning an Autoresponder Message

You can clone an Autoresponder message content by following the steps given below:

  1. Go to Autoresponders subtab, and click the appropriate Autoresponder.
  2. Now, go to the relevant message and click the Clone link.
  3. You’ll get a pop-up page to enter the basic details.
  4. Click the Save button to confirm.

Note

  • You cannot clone an Email-action based Autoresponder because this Autoresponder is based on opens/clicks of an existing email and you can not create two Email-action based Autoresponders for the same email campaign.
  • Autoresponder messages are automatically grouped based on tags such as opens, any clicks, specific clicks.

Pausing an Autoresponder Message

You can pause a specific message by following the steps given below:

  1. Go to Autoresponders subtab, and click the appropriate Autoresponder.
  2. Click the Pause button present in the message content.
  3. Click OK to confirm.

Disabling an Autoresponder

Disabling an Autoresponder will pause all the Autoresponder messages.

  1. Go to Autoresponders subtab, and click the relevant Autoresponder.
  2. Click the Disable button on the top of page.
  3. Click OK to confirm.

Deleting an Autoresponder

You can delete an Autoresponder by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Autoresponders subtab, and click the appropriate Autoresponder.
  2. Click the Delete button on the top of page.
  3. Click OK to confirm.

What if I delete a mailing list/custom field/segment related to Autoresponders.

In the above mentioned cases, the Autoresponder will be stopped automatically. You will receive an email notification about this action on Autoresponder.

What are the privilege limitations for editing and/or starting an Autoresponder?

It depends on the level of privilege given to a user present in your organization. Let us take a look each privilege.

Owner Only – In this privilege, the owner of the Autoresponder or mailing list has the access to edit, view and delete the Autoresponder.

Owner & Admin – Apart from list and Autoresponder owner, the organization administrator can edit, create message, and start Autoresponder.

All Users – When the privilege is open to everyone in the organization, any user can create message and start Autoresponders.
