"Simultaneously, we're actively automating communication, triggering events, personalizing interactions, and ensuring a standardized look and feel in our communication, documents, and case study examples. These requirements led us to Zoho Campaigns."

Today, Zoho Campaigns effectively connects Simply Solved with topical market interests through various communication methods, like graphics, text, or video. "It helps us stand out and ensures our customers receive insightful, informative updates," Juma reflects. "Utilizing digital and outbound communication is crucial in maintaining a long-term presence, especially in a highly competitive, service-oriented market with established brands."
