IPICOL's Challenge

At IPICOL, Himanshu and his team use a CRM tool along with another platform for triggering SMS. They needed to run targeted email campaigns for two specific audience segments:

I. Existing industries operating in Odisha
II. Potential investors across the globe who are ready to associate with IPICOL

Apart from this, they also planned to send monthly newsletters to keep their audience engaged.
