How does inventory tracking work in Zoho Subscriptions?
Inventory keeps track of the stock in hand for your product. Mostly used for box business where the number of items being sold have to be tracked.
Inventory is also useful to notify the merchant when the stack falls below the threshold value called the re-order point. Re-order point can be defined by the merchant as to at which point he/she needs to be notified for stock re-filling. An email notification can be sent when the inventory stock goes below the re-order point.
Inventory can be enabled from Settings > Preferences > Product > Check “Track Inventory”.
After this, while creating the plan, you can enable inventory for the plan and enter the initial stock and the re-order point when you wan to be notified.
