Manage Zoho Account

In this help document, you’ll learn how to manage your Zoho Account, including updating account information, security settings, and other preferences.

Update Your Email Address

The email address that you had provided while signing up for Zoho Spend will be your registered or primary email address. Here’s how you can update it:

  • Log in to your Zoho Spend organization.
  • Click the User Profile icon in the top right corner and select My Account from the right pane.
  • You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Accounts (accounts.zoho.com) page.
  • In the Personal Information page under Profile, scroll down to the My Email Addresses section.
  • Click + Add Email Address and enter your new email address and click Add.
  • Verify the email address by entering the OTP sent to the entered email address and click Verify.
  • Hover over the new email address and click Mark as Primary.

The email address you mark as Primary will be used to log in to your Zoho Account and Zoho applications, as well as to receive updates from Zoho.

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Zoho supports Single Sign-On (SSO), which means you can access any service with the same sign-in page and credentials. Additionally, it supports Multi-factor Authentication to add a layer of security while signing in to your accounts. The different MFA modes that are currently supported are:

  • Zoho OneAuth
  • OTP Authenticator
  • Security Key
  • Passkey

Here’s how you can enable MFA for your Zoho account:

  • Log in to your Zoho Spend organization.
  • Click the User Profile icon in the top right corner and select My Account from the right pane.
  • You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Accounts (accounts.zoho.com) page.
  • Click Multi-Factor Authentication on the left sidebar to view the different MFA modes.
  • Select the MFA mode you prefer and click Set up Now.
  • Follow the instructions listed for each MFA mode to enable it for your Zoho Account.

Once you’ve set up MFA, future sign-ins will require you to verify your identity to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
