Integrate Zoho Checkout with CSG Forte
CSG Forte is a payment solution that lets you accept payments swiftly and safely. You can configure CSG Forte in Zoho Checkout to collect one-time and recurring payments.
Note: This integration is only available for users in the United States and Canada editions of Zoho Checkout and supports payments in USD and CAD. Transaction charges are applicable as per CSG Forte’s pricing. Zoho does not charge any additional fees.
Set Up CSG Forte
To get started, connect your CSG Forte account with Zoho Checkout. If you don’t have an account, you can create one and proceed with the integration.
To set up:
- Go to Settings and select Payment Gateways.
- Click Configure next to CSG Forte.
- Enter the required details:
| FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
| Currency | The currency in which you want to accept payments. CSG Forte supports only USD (US Dollars) and CAD (Canadian Dollars). |
| Location ID | Enter the Location ID you would like to associate with Zoho Checkout. You can find this ID in the Locations module in your Dex portal. |
| API Login ID | A value that identifies your CSG Forte account. This is available in the Credentials tab under the Locations module. |
| Organization ID | A unique ID associated with the organization in your CSG Forte account. You can find this in the Locations module in your Dex portal. |
| Access ID | The Access ID is your username for API authentication, found in the API Credentials module under Developer. |
| Secure Key | The Secure Key is your password for API authentication, found in the API Credentials module under Developer. |
- Click Confirm.
You will have successfully connected your CSG Forte account to Zoho Checkout.
Collect Customer Payments
Associate CSG Forte with Your Payment Page
Your customers can pay you through CSG Forte if you’ve made it your organization’s default gateway or by associating it under Advanced Setup.
You can associate a payment gateway with your payment page in two ways:
During Payment Page Creation
- Go to the Payment Pages module and create a new payment page.
- Go to Advanced Setup and navigate to Associate Payment Gateways.
- Check CSG Forte and click Save & Publish.
You will be able to collect customer payments through CSG Forte.
Edit an Existing Payment Page
- Go to the Payment Pages module.
- Select the payment page you want to update the payment gateway for and click the Edit icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Advanced Setup and navigate to Associate Payment Gateways.
- Check CSG Forte and click Save & Publish.
CSG Forte will be associated as a payment gateway for this payment page.
Note: If you have associated multiple gateways with your payment page, your organization’s default gateway will be used to collect customer payments.
Receive Payments from Customers
To make a payment via CSG Forte, customers have to:
- Enter the required details in the payment page.
- Click the payment button (for example, Pay Now or Proceed to Pay).
- Choose the preferred payment mode and make the payment.
Once the payment is successful, you will receive an email notification regarding the payment made by your customer. The payment details can be viewed in the Payments module. The payment will be settled in your bank account during the next payout.
Manage CSG Forte Integration
The various actions you can perform to manage this integration are:
Mark As Default
To mark CSG Forte as the default payment gateway for your organization:
- Click the Settings icon and select Payment Gateways.
- Hover over CSG Forte and select Mark as Default.
For all payment pages you create in Zoho Checkout, you will receive customer payments through CSG Forte.
Edit the Integration
If you would like to change the bank account, enable or disable payment methods, or update your credentials, you can edit the settings.
To edit:
- Click the Settings icon and select Payment Gateways.
- Hover over CSG Forte and select Edit.
- Make the necessary changes and select Confirm.
The integration settings will be updated.
Remove
When you no longer want to use CSG Forte to receive payments, you can remove the integration. Here’s how:
- Click the Settings icon and select Payment Gateways.
- Select Remove below CSG Forte.
- In the pop-up, click Yes to confirm.
The integration will be removed.
