Your customers will receive an email whenever you comment on transactions and check the **Display in Portal** option if you’ve enabled the preference in the customer portal. Here’s how: * Go to **Settings** in the top right corner. * Select **Customer Portal** under _Preferences_. * Scroll down and check the **Send an email notification to customers when I comment on transactions** option. * Scroll to the bottom of the page and click **Save**. Your customers will now receive an email whenever you add a comment to transactions created for them. * * *
