# How do I send Sales Order notification through WhatsApp?

To send Sales Order notification through WhatsApp,

*   Go to _Sales_ and select **Sales Orders**.
*   Click **\+ New** at the top-right corner and enter the necessary details.
*   Select the contact persons to whom you want to share the sales order details from the _Share sales order with_ dropdown and click **Save and Send**.
*   In the screen that follows, verify the _Message Template_ and _Contacts_, and click **Send**.

To send a WhatsApp notification for existing sales order:

*   Go to _Sales_ and navigate to **Sales Orders**.
*   Select the sales order for which you want to share the details.
*   Select **WhatsApp Message** from the _Send_ dropdown.
*   The contact person and the message template will be auto-populated in the following _Send WhatsApp Message_ pop-up.
*   Click **Send**.

The sales order notification will be sent to the respective contacts.
