[Back](./) # Why do I receive error when I try to send messages from my WhatsApp Business account in Zoho Books? Your WhatsApp Business account would have been disabled by Meta due to policy violations. It is suggested that you contact Meta to resolve this issue. However, you can check the status of your WhatsApp Business account in the Meta Business Suite. Here’s how: * Log into the Meta Business Suite. * Go to **Settings**. * Go to _Accounts_ on the left sidebar and select **WhatsApp Accounts**. * Select the respective account for which you want to view the account status. You can view the account status of your WhatsApp Business account under _Business Information_. If your account is disabled, you can reach Meta and get it enabled again. If your WhatsApp Business account is in the **Approved** state but you’re unable to perform required actions, kindly contact [support@zohobooks.com](mailto:support@zohobooks.com) to resolve this issue.
