Is it possible to create invoices in multiple currencies?

Yes. In Zoho Billing, each customer has a base currency set on their profile. When you create an invoice for a customer, it is automatically created in that customer’s currency. Here’s how to set it:

  • Go to Customers from the left sidebar.
  • Open the customer’s profile or click + New Customer.
  • Select the customer’s currency from the Currency dropdown.
  • Click Save.

Now, every invoice you raise for this customer will be in the currency you set.

Additionally, if you want to display item rates in a foreign currency, you can use price lists. Price lists allow you to set different prices for items based on the currency. This way, you can manage your pricing effectively across multiple currencies.
