# From which email address my customer would receive notifications?

By default, your customers will receive email notifications from [service@sender.zohobilling.com](mailto:service@sender.zohobilling.com). However, you can choose to send the email notifications from your email address as well. Click [here](/billing/help/settings/emails.html#sender-email-preferences) to know how.
