How do I display the Reference number (Reference#) field in sales transactions on the Customer Statement?
To display the Reference# field in the customer statement PDF:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner.
 - Select PDF Templates under Customization.
 - Select the Customer Statement module.
 - Hover over the template and click Edit to customize the template.
 - On the Edit Template page, go to Transaction Details on the left sidebar.
 - Click the Document Details section to view options under it.
 - Navigate to the Document Information section and check the box next to Reference Field option.
 - Now, click Save in the top right corner to update your preferences.
