How do I check if the customer portal is enabled for a customer?

To check if the customer portal is enabled for a customer:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Books account.
  2. Click Customers under Sales in the left sidebar.
  3. Select the customer for whom you want to check if the customer portal is enabled.
  4. Search for Portal Status in the Other Details section of the customer’s Details page. It will say if the portal is enabled or disabled for the customer. Customer Portal Status of a Customer in Zoho Books
