How can I integrate my Zoho CRM account with multiple Zoho Books organizations?

By default, you can integrate only one Zoho Books organization with your Zoho CRM organization for two-way data sync. However, if you integrate your Zoho CRM account with more than one Zoho Books organization, the data will be synced only one way. This means that only data from Zoho CRM will be fetched into Zoho Books, and not vice versa. The transaction modules will also not be enabled during this process.

Note: To set up a two-way sync, the base currency in Zoho Books and Zoho CRM must be the same. If you still want to set up a one-way sync with different base currencies, email us at support@zohobooks.com. However, in that case, the Items (Products) cannot be synced as the base currencies do not match.
