Can I deactivate VeriFactu in my Zoho Books organization, once it’s enabled?

You can deactivate VeriFactu in your Zoho Books organization after it’s enabled. However, it’s generally not recommended unless you are migrating to another software.

Once enabled, an organization should push invoices to AEAT for the rest of the calendar year. This is because once AEAT receives your VeriFactu-compliant invoices, it recognizes your business as operating under the VeriFactu system. If you stop or switch systems mid-year without notifying AEAT, it can lead to compliance issues.
