Do I have to pay Storecove to send or receive my transactions through Peppol?

No, you do not pay Storecove separately. Zoho Books gives you some free credits to send and receive transactions initially. Once these free credits are used up, you can continue transacting through Peppol by purchasing the e-invoicing addons which is currently priced at 15 Euros for 500 transactions.
