What must I do when a duplicate entry is present while matching transactions?

Duplicate entries occur when there is a manually added transaction and a corresponding statement line that has been categorized manually, instead of matching with the manually added transaction. In such a case, you can:

  • Delete the manually added transaction from Zoho Books (or)

Delete manually

  • Uncategorize the statement line and match it with the manually added transaction (or)

Uncategorize and match manually
