    I am having trouble uploading an excel file, I have made sure it is less than 256 columns but it keeps telling me that it must be less than 256 columns, any help would be appreciated. john

    We already use Paypal and it’s working great. Is there a way to remove the WePay selection (seems to recently appear by default) if we are not interested in using it?

    I’d I am.set up with my American bank and business, could I accept payments from cards in other countries?

      Hi Melissa,

      If you are in the US, you can accept international credit cards. Read more here:

      If you’re in the US (and you have a social security number and US billing address), you can also accept international credit cards. WePay accepts all Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. Users within the US must use a US bank account or request a check be sent to their registered address within the US. Canadian users must connect a Canadian bank account to withdraw their funds.

    Is the transaction fee actually a batch fee? My merchant account charges a batch fee rather than transaction fee so I can bundle most payments into two batches a month.

      With WePay, the charges are per transaction.

    What determines the time frame of the merchant account transfer of funds to your bank account? 2-5 days is quite a wide time frame now-a-days in the world of online payment processing I feel.

      I’m quoting from WePay’s website.

      “We use the ACH system to withdraw payments from the merchant’s WePay account to their bank account. ACH transfers take 2-5 business days depending on the bank account receiving the payment. Some bank accounts (such as Wells Fargo) are faster and take only 1 business day. However, some bank accounts (such as small credit unions) may take much longer.”

      Hi Robert,

      ACH feature with WePay is currently not available. However, you can use ACH with Authorize.Net or Forte. This is available in Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Inventory and Zoho Subscriptions.
