They will be able to migrate all their data and preferences into Zoho CRM to ensure that their transition is seamless and doesn't affect their day-to-day business process whatsoever.

How is Bigin different from Zoho CRM's Standard edition? +

Zoho CRM Standard Edition ($12/user/month, billed annually) offers a variety of additional features compared to Bigin's Express edition ($7/user/month, billed annually). Email Sync via IMAP/POP, SalesSignals, and an increase in custom field limits are the only features in Bigin that are not yet available in the CRM Standard edition.

I'm a Zoho One user. Is Bigin included in Zoho One?+

Yes. Bigin is included as part of the Zoho One suite and you can use Bigin as your preferred CRM solution if it's the right fit for your needs. There is no restriction if you want to use both Zoho CRM and Bigin together. Data sync between the two solutions is made possible through Zoho Flow.
