Does Act CRM really make
growth easy?

Act! CRM has been in the business of contact management for over 33 years now. They started out as an on-premise CRM provider firmly and continued this model well into the cloud era, but eventually made the switch to cloud-based CRMs.

Their CRM for small businesses, called "Act 365" is, in effect, a skeletal edition of Act! CRM's enterprise editions and it is, quite frankly, a glorified address book with little to none of their automated features, priced at $9 a month, and limited to a single user. Act 365 misses out on prime features like pipeline management, integrations, analytics, and many more, forcing small businesses to opt for a higher package if they want modern CRM functionality.

Clearly, Bigin's competition would appear to be Act 365. However, the Act! CRM Starter edition, a more expensive version, also happens to lack too many features that it only seems logical to stack it up against Bigin as well.
