Can I add multiple values for a field in my transactions?

Yes, you can. Zoho Billing lets you create custom fields with the Multi-select Lookup data type, which pulls values from an existing module. This is useful when you want to associate multiple entries such as additional salespersons, contacts, or items with a transaction.

To create a Lookup custom field:

Go to Settings.
Select the module (e.g., Invoices under Sales) where you want to add the field.
Click the Field Customization tab.
Click + New Custom Field.
Enter a name in the Label Name field.
Select Multi-select Lookup as the Data Type.
Choose the module you want the field to pull values from (e.g., Salesperson).
Click Save.

Once saved, the lookup field will appear when you create or edit a transaction in that module. You can select from the values available in the mapped module.
