Can I prevent customers from having the same display name in Zoho Subscriptions?
Yes. The option to allow duplicate customer display names is enabled by default. However, you can enable it if you wish to do so. Here’s how:
- Go to Settings > Preferences.
- Navigate to the Customers tab.
- Uncheck the Allow duplicates for customer display name option.
- Click Save.
Now, you will be prevented from creating customers with the same display name in Zoho Subscriptions.
Note: Customers with duplicate display names will still be allowed if they’re created automatically while signing up on the hosted payment pages.
