While Zoho Invoice is ideal for simple invoicing needs, Zoho Billing supports various billing methods and features like automation and transaction approvals with higher usage limits, making it more useful for managing recurring revenue efficiently. Upgrading from Zoho Invoice to Zoho Billing is quite simple. There are two ways to upgrade your organisation from Zoho Invoice to Zoho Billing: * [Upgrade From Your Zoho Invoice Organisation](/au/invoice/help/integrations/upgrade-to-zoho-billing.html#upgrade-from-invoice) * [Join From Your Existing Zoho Billing Organisation](/au/invoice/help/integrations/upgrade-to-zoho-billing.html#upgrade-from-billing) ### Upgrade From Your Zoho Invoice Organization Here’s how to upgrade your Zoho Invoice Organisation to Zoho Billing: * Log in to your [Zoho Invoice](http://invoice.zoho.com) organisation. * Go to _Settings_ in the top-right corner and select **Integrations**. * Select **Zoho Apps** under _Integrations_. ![Upgrade To Billing](/invoice/help/images/integrations/upgrade-to-billing/upgrade-to-zb.png) * Click **Upgrade to Zoho Billing** next to _Zoho Billing_. Once the upgrade is initiated, all data such as customers, items, invoices, etc., except users will be synced and you will be automatically redirected to the new organisation in Zoho Billing. * Click **Sync Users** in the _Getting Started_ page to import your Zoho Invoice organisation’s users to Zoho Billing. ![Sync Users](/invoice/help/images/integrations/upgrade-to-billing/sync-users.png) **Note:** Once upgraded, the changes you make to the transactions in your Zoho Invoice organisation will be reflected in Zoho Billing and vice versa. ### Join From Your Existing Zoho Billing Organization If you are an existing Zoho Billing user, you can upgrade your organisation directly by logging in to Zoho Billing. Here’s how: * Log in to your [Zoho Billing](http://billing.zoho.com) organisation. * Click the **dropdown** next to your organisation name at the top. ![Manage Organizations](/invoice/help/images/integrations/upgrade-to-billing/manage.png) * Select **Manage** next to _My Organisations_. * Click **Join your existing Organisations** in the page that appears. ![Join Your Organization](/invoice/help/images/integrations/upgrade-to-billing/join-org.png) * Click **Join** next to the organisation that you want to upgrade. You will be directed to Zoho Billing’s signup page. After signing up, your organisation will be upgraded to Zoho Billing. **Note:** * The username and password for Zoho Billing will be the same as Zoho Invoice. * Your Zoho Billing organisation will initially be in the Trial mode. If you wish to upgrade to a paid plan, click **Subscribe** next to the organisation name.
