We would be charging the additional active users for that month at the monthly rate.
For example, if you've purchased 10 active user licenses under the Premium Yearly plan, but 15 people are active users of Zoho Expense in a particular month, the additional 5 users will be charged at A$ 12.1 /user /month. So, you will be sent an invoice for the extra usage for that particular month for 5* 12.1 = A$ 60.5 .
