Yes, you can match a Card transaction to an already created expense. This can be done by performing the steps given below
- Go to the Unexpensed transaction section in your card.
- Select the transaction you need to match with an expense. Zoho Expense will automatically display a list of expenses that can be matched based on the expense amount and the date of transaction.
- Select the best possible match from the right hand pane and click Merge.
- If you do not find an expense that can be matched, you can add it manually by clicking on the Add manually button.
Note: Expenses in ‘draft’ status only will be listed.
