# Why am I not able to customize the Invoice Details report using reporting tags even though I’ve added reporting tags to the items in the invoices?

In Zoho Books, you can associate reporting tags with line items of an invoice. Therefore, it is not possible to customise the Invoice Details report using reporting tags.

As the reporting tags are associated with items, you can customise the Receivable Details report using reporting tags. You can also group the invoices based on reporting tags and add them as filters.
