# I am unable to submit the synced timesheets for approval in Zoho Books. How do I resolve this?

The integration between Zoho Projects and Zoho Books only fetches timesheets that have been **Approved** within Zoho Projects. As a result, the option to approve timesheets through Zoho Books has been restricted. By enforcing the approval process in Zoho Projects, it ensures that only finalized and authorised timesheets are synchronized to Zoho Books for accurate record-keeping and financial management.
