How can I integrate my Zoho CRM account with multiple Zoho Books organisations?

By default, you can integrate (set up a two-way sync) your Zoho CRM account with only one Zoho Books organisation.

If you want to integrate it with multiple Zoho Books organisations, write to us at support.au@zohobooks.com with the respective Zoho Books organisation IDs. The team will make changes at the backend, to help you set up the integration of your Zoho CRM with multiple Zoho Books organisations.

Note: The first Zoho Books organisation that is integrated with Zoho CRM will have a two-way sync. That means all the customers, vendors, items and transactions in Zoho Books will be synced with Zoho CRM and vice-versa. The other Zoho Books organisations will only have a one-way sync. That means all the customers, vendors and items in Zoho CRM will be fetched only from Zoho CRM into Zoho Books, and not vice-versa.
