What is the use of workflow triggers?

Using workflow triggers, you can automate the following functions in Zoho Books

• Create/Approve/Decline a quote for every potential created/won/lost in Zoho CRM respectively.
• Create/Void Invoice when a Potential is won/lost respectively.
• None.
