How do I reset my organization and start afresh?
No, currently there is no option to clear all your data with a single click in Zoho Books. To reset data, you have to navigate through each module manually and remove / delete transactions. Alternatively, you can consider creating a new organization and deleting the old organization.
Here are some things you should know before deleting your organization:
- The organisation should not be under any Paid plan.
- The user who is deleting the organisation must be the last Admin user of the organisation.
- There should be no active integrations.
- If you’ve enabled the customer portal for a few contacts, deleting the organisation will not allow your customers to access/view their previous transactions with your organisation.
- If you’ve enabled bank feeds for this organisation, deleting the organisation will disable this integration and you will no longer be able to fetch your bank transactions.
