How do I show units in the Quantity column in my invoice PDF?

The Show Unit checkbox in the PDF template settings controls this. To enable it:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select PDF Templates under Customisation in the Organization Settings pane.
  • Hover over the template you want to edit and click Edit.
  • Select Table.
  • Under Quantity, check the Show Unit checkbox.
  • Click Save to save the template.

Units will now appear alongside the quantity values in your invoice PDFs.
