# How do I back up my data that’s stored in Zoho Billing?

You can perform a complete backup of your data that’s stored in Zoho Billing. Here’s how:

*   Go to _Settings_ > _Data Backup_.
*   Click the **Back Up Your Data** button.
*   Click **Continue** in the popup that follows.

**Warning:** You will be able to initiate data backups only once in every 15 days.

In around 30 minutes, you’ll receive a link to download the backup file in your email. You can also download it directly from Zoho Billing by clicking the **Download** button. [Learn more.](/billing/help/data-backup.html)
