For iOS in-app subscription syncing, each Zoho Billing plan code must exactly match the corresponding App Store Product ID. Configure your subscription products in App Store Connect first, then create matching plans in Zoho Billing.

Configure auto-renewable subscriptions in App Store Connect, then confirm each Product ID matches its Zoho Billing plan code.

Set Up Plans in Zoho Billing
Subscription details such as billing frequency and related plan behaviour configured in App Store Connect are applied to your subscriptions in Zoho Billing.
- Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
- Go to Product Catalog in the left sidebar.
- Create a new plan.
- Ensure each Plan Code matches the corresponding App Store Product ID.
- Click Save.
Note:
If the Zoho Billing plan code and App Store Product ID do not match, subscription sync will fail.
