How do you share your screen with Zoho Assist?

  • Step Log into your Zoho Assist account using your credentials. Navigate to the Remote Support menu and select the checkbox next to the Share my Screen option.
  • Step Click the Start Now option to initiate a screen sharing session, and share the session details with your customer.
  • Step Once the customer joins the session, you can share your screen securely.

  • Step To schedule a screen sharing session, sign into your Zoho Assist account.
  • Step Click the Schedule button and enter the customer's email address, title, and description.
  • Step You can also modify the date, time zone, and time based on the customer's availability.
  • Step Choose to receive a reminder 5, 10, or 15 minutes before the session.
  • Step Select the Submit option to schedule your screen sharing session.
