Why am I not able to use the voice and video chat feature?

The voice and video call feature in Zoho Assist uses WebRTC for real time communication.

You are unable to use the voice and video call feature as your browser is not compatible with WebRTC. Please upgrade your browser to a version that is compatible with WebRTC to start using the voice and video call in Zoho Assist.

Please check below for browser versions that support WebRTC.
