How to Access Session Log Files?
If you are facing issues while using Zoho Assist, sharing your log files with the support team helps diagnose and resolve the problem faster. Follow the steps below to locate and send the relevant log files.
Locating Log Files
Remote Support (Non-Service Mode)
If Zoho Assist is running as a standard application on the remote device and Elevate to Admin mode is not enabled, locate the log files at the following paths:

Remote Support (Service Mode) / Unattended Access
If Zoho Assist is running in service mode on the remote PC, or if you are using Unattended Access, locate the log files at the following paths:

If Zoho Assist QuickSupport plugin has been used to join the session on the remote device, locate the log files at the following paths:

If you are using the Zoho Assist Native Viewer to conduct remote support sessions on Windows, locate the log files at the following path:

Sending Log Files to the Support Team
Once you have located the log files, zip them before uploading and follow the steps below to send them to the Zoho Assist support team.
Recommended Steps:
Open a web browser and go to https://bonitas.zohocorp.com/
Under Products, select Zoho Assist.
Enter your ticket ID if you have one.
Select the module for which you are uploading the log file.
Enter your email address and the address where you want to receive notifications.
Specify the reason for submitting the log file.
Click Add Files and select the zipped log file.
Click Upload to send the log files to the support team.
