You can add technicians and grant permissions to specific technicians to initiate remote support and/or unattended access sessions. Once the above core setup is done, download Desktop plugin, to start sessions right from your desktop. Next step is to make it easy for your customers to join sessions from your website by embedding our customer widget on your website.
