Zoho Assist Desktop Plugin

Desktop plugin helps you to quickly launch a remote support or unattended session right from your desktop. You need not navigate to the website each time you use Zoho Assist. This feature makes setting up the desktop plugin pretty simple. 

Steps
  1. Log in to your account using Zoho Assist credentials.
  2. Click the Download icon present at the top right corner of the homepage.
  3.  Choose the App for the required OS under Desktop Apps for Technician. 
  4.  Double click on the downloaded Zoho Assist installer file.
  5. Once the configuration is over, Zoho Assist login opens up in the desktop plugin.
  6. Log in using your credentials.
  7. Now you can start using Zoho Assist as you would on a browser.
